Unnameable

A family searching for a missing UNLRA employee contacted Gunny after the organization refused to answer their questions. In his last message, he mentioned an "expedition" towards Ground Zero. The missing person was staying north of Tiger Bay Central, near a seafood restaurant. Locate him to uncover what happened.
